| • This product is applied to prevent oxidation and corrosion of the surface to be protected at extremely high temperature. Pretreatment • Remove oil, grease, rust and other contaminants off target surface. • If target surface is too much smooth and glossy, grind it with fine sand paper. Like ordinary coating agents, this product should be stirred well to be even before use. You can dilute it with water, if necessary. BN-3 is made to obtain optimal concentration and film of most common property. It is recommended to use it as it is. Apply it by using Brushing, Spraying and Dipping. • Brushing : Use soft brush to apply it several times. Minimize brushing frequency to prevent coated film from being damaged. Use air to dry each coated film and then execute next layer film. • Spraying : Use ordinary spray for painting. Do not spray it shortly with 30cm away for obtaining thin coated film. Dry the film completely to spray next layer. Only this can minimize cracking or peeling. • Dipping : Using dipping method can bring you even coated film at one time. However, this method is not applied to large structure but small one. |
